About Rahul Smoothy
One person, one island network · September 2026
Hi — I'm Rahul Smoothy, a designer and creative from Bangladesh. This site is my corner of the internet: part personal blog, part free toolbox, built and maintained entirely by me.
1. What this site is
Think of it as a small archipelago. The Main Island is where my own work lives — writing, photography, design experiments and nostalgia pieces. Around it sit themed islands: Bazaar Bay, Pixel Lagoon, Client Cove and The 90s Kids Island for content, and a growing fleet of Utility Islands for free online tools.
2. The Utility Islands
Ten themed islands, sixty-plus free tools — every one of them runs entirely in your browser. No sign-up, no uploads, nothing sent to a server:
If a tool promises privacy (for example “files never leave your device”), that is not marketing — it is literally how the tool is built. You can read exactly how in the Privacy Policy.
3. How it is built
This whole network runs on Google's Blogger platform, with hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no heavy frameworks, no trackers I have added myself, and pages light enough to load on any phone. The interactive 3D island on the main site runs on the open-source three.js engine.
4. Why free?
Because useful little tools should not need an account, a download and your data. I build the things I needed myself and could not find done simply — then I leave them here for you. The site may show a little advertising to cover its costs; the tools themselves stay free forever.
