This website (rahulsmoothy.blogspot.com) runs on Google's Blogger platform. By using the site you agree to the practices described below. I aim to keep this page short, honest and human-readable.
1. What information is collected
This site does not collect personal information on its own. I have added no extra analytics and no location tracking. However —
• Comments: if you comment, your name and profile details are handled by Blogger/Google under Google's comment policies.
• Direct contact: anything you send to my email (rahul.business.777@gmail.com) or WhatsApp is used only to answer you, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Cookies: Blogger and Google may use a few cookies to keep the site working properly (for example language or sign-in state). You can block cookies in your browser settings.
2. Tools & calculators (the utility islands)
The free tools on this site — such as the Scholar Bay student calculators, and future utility islands — are built to run entirely inside your browser. This means:
• The numbers and text you type into a tool (marks, grades, dates, files you open in image tools) are processed on your own device and are not uploaded, stored or sent to me or any server by these tools.
• The tools do not require an account, login or sign-up.
• Current tools do not save anything after you close the page. If a future tool ever stores preferences on your device (for example, in browser local storage), it will say so clearly on that tool's own page.
• The only data that leaves your browser when using a tool page is the standard request any web page makes to load (the page itself, hosted by Google/Blogger).
I will never claim a tool is private or local unless its implementation actually makes that true.
3. Google and third parties
Because this site runs on Blogger, Google may process some technical data (such as how the site is served) under its own policies. Read the Google Privacy Policy for details. If advertising such as Google AdSense ever appears on this site, advertisers (including Google) may use cookies to show relevant ads — and you can turn personalized advertising off in your Google Ads settings.
4. Affiliate links
Articles on Bazaar Bay (the shopping island) may in the future contain affiliate links — meaning a small commission may come to me if you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. Every such article will carry a clear disclosure at the top. Full details: the Disclaimer page.
5. Children's privacy
The content on this site (gaming, nostalgia, design, student tools) is kept suitable for all ages, and no information is knowingly collected from children under 13.
6. External links
Links to Behance, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or the Chrome Web Store lead to outside websites with their own privacy policies — I am not responsible for their practices.
